Dori Manela is a communications specialist at Merrill Lynch in the Human Resources (HR) Communications group. Dori joined the firm in 2007. Her responsibilities include electronic and print communication for human resources-related information including health and family care services, employee programs, policies and performance management. She helps develop and manage content on the Human Resources and Employee Information websites. Dori also supports the marketing and communication efforts of the firm’s diversity and inclusion group, most notably monitoring and advising on all communication needs of the U.S. Professional Networks.
Most recently, Dori has been working closely with Bank of America partners on developing transition-related communications and revamping the Human Resources website to align with the bank’s platform.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, Dori worked at Doubleday Entertainment where she wrote promotional emails and website content. She planned the creative design and copy for marketing banners and developed quarterly email marketing strategy.
Dori holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Baruch College. She graduated Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, General Literature & Rhetoric.
